Sequins embroidery machine

Sequins device could embroider 3mm-9mm sequin with diversified shapes and provide sequin-made machine.

The machine could reach single head control or multi-head control, and do mending embroidery by separate head with flat embroidery function. It could also assembly double sequin in first needle or last needle, the movement of sequin device can be driven by valve or motor.

Overlap sequin, big/small sequin embroidery are all realized. Sequins with different colors and diversified shapes can be combined as well, which results in a great step forward.

Support lockstitch and chain stitch sequin mending, which improves embroidery quality much.

High efficiency

Highest rotation speed of lockstitch sequin embroidery reaches 850 rpm, highest rotation speed of chain stitch sequin embroidery reaches 700 rpm.

User friendly operating panel offers easy installing, debugging and operating.

It supports manual separate debugging and collective debugging. The device sends out a sequin by one touch of the sequin-feeding switch. Collective sequin sending can be operated through control panel. The sequin indicator lamps and thread breakage detecting lamps help customers to monitor operating state.

 It supports screen settings on sequin-sending angle. Angle adjusting option is added. The big/small sequin, overlap sequin, and other shape sequins are displayed differently, so that customers can recognize them easily.
